Oxycrom Nasal Spray 15ml contains Oxymetazoline Hydrochloride, a fast-acting topical decongestant that constricts swollen blood vessels in the nasal mucosa to relieve nasal congestion, sinus pressure, blocked nose and runny nose from colds, allergic rhinitis, hay fever and sinusitis. Onset is within minutes with up to 12 hours of relief.
Important — do not use for more than 3 consecutive days to avoid rebound congestion (rhinitis medicamentosa).
