Predheal Cream — Methylprednisolone Aceponate 0.1% (10g)
Predheal Cream is a prescription topical corticosteroid containing Methylprednisolone Aceponate 0.1% w/w. It provides targeted anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive relief for corticosteroid-responsive inflammatory skin conditions including atopic dermatitis, eczema, and contact dermatitis.
Prescription required. Use only as directed by your dermatologist or physician.
Composition
Each gram contains: Methylprednisolone Aceponate 0.1% w/w in a cream base.
Indications
Inflammatory and pruritic skin conditions including:
- Atopic dermatitis (adults and children)
- Contact eczema and various eczema forms
- Allergic dermatitis and skin rash
- Inflammatory dermatoses with redness, thickening, and itching
How to Use
As directed by your dermatologist. Generally applied once daily as a thin layer to affected skin. Maximum duration: 12 weeks for adults; 4 weeks for children. Do not use on the face in children under 4 months.
Precautions
- For external use only — prescription only
- Avoid contact with eyes
- Do not use on infected skin without antimicrobial cover
- Prolonged use may cause skin thinning, telangiectasia, and stretch marks
- Occlusive dressings increase absorption — use only under medical direction
- Not recommended in the first trimester of pregnancy; avoid during breastfeeding unless clearly indicated
- Store below 30°C, protected from light and moisture
