How to Use
1. Adults and children 12 years and over: take one Rigix 10mg tablet once daily, with or without food.
2. Children 6-12 years: usually 5mg twice daily or 10mg once daily, as directed by a doctor.
3. Swallow the tablet whole with water - taking it in the evening can help if you notice any mild drowsiness.
4. If a dose is missed, take it as soon as you remember unless it is almost time for the next dose - do not double up.
5. Stop cetirizine about 3 days before any skin allergy testing because it can suppress the test response.
Reduce the dose in moderate to severe renal impairment as advised by your doctor. Avoid alcohol while taking Rigix as it may increase drowsiness. Store below 30 degrees Celsius and keep out of reach of children.
